This product is suitable for a variety of flame-retardant and fire-resistant cable as the wrapping tape and fire retardant layer. For cross linked polyethylene insulating cable, the application of this series with high flame-retardant oxygen insulation and fire insulation performance as the cable tape, as well as our mineral paper yarn as the filler, will make it possible to achieve a flame or improve flammability rating.

● 隔火層在阻燃電纜中的作用
Role of the flame-proof tape in the flame retardant cable
1、用于包扎電纜中的絕緣線芯。使絕緣線芯的結(jié)構(gòu)保持穩(wěn)定。
2、確保纜芯不松散和絕緣不被劃傷。
3、隔離絕緣層和外護(hù)層以及內(nèi)襯層,以防它們之間相互粘結(jié)而影響電纜的機(jī)械、物理、電性能等。
4、當(dāng)電纜遭到燃燒時(shí),能夠吸收大量的熱量,并形成碳化層,隔絕氣層、保護(hù)絕緣層免受燃燒,使火災(zāi)的損失不致于進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大化。
1. To dress the cable insulated core, so that the structure of insulated core will be stable.
2. To prevent the cable core from being loose, and the insulation from being scratched.
3. To separate the insulation, sheath and inner covering, and keep them from bonding and affecting the mechanical, physical and electrical properties of the cable.
4. When the cable was burning, a lot of heat can be absorbed, and form a carbon layer to isolate the gas and protect the insulation layer from burning, so that the loss will be cut.
● 阻燃電纜對(duì)隔火層所用包帶的有關(guān)要求
Requirements for flame retardant tapes in a fire-proof cable
1、隔火層包帶材料應(yīng)不吸濕。
2、隔火層包帶所用材料應(yīng)具有較高的氧指數(shù)。
3、隔火層包帶應(yīng)具有較好的柔軟性便于繞包加工。
4、隔火層包帶的工作溫度應(yīng)和電纜的工作溫度相同。
5、隔火層包帶在繞包加工過程中應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)污染,對(duì)人體無(wú)傷害。
6、隔火層包帶應(yīng)具有較好的抗張強(qiáng)度。

4. The tapes and the cable shall have the same working temperature.
5. The tapes shall not be harmful to the environment and human in the wrapping process.

● 高阻燃隔火層電纜的阻燃機(jī)理
Flame retardant mechanism of cables with fire retardant tapes
主要原理:
韌性高阻燃隔火層電纜主要原理是在材料中添加了金屬水合物成份。韌性高阻燃隔火層所用的材料是集阻燃、吸熱、隔氧于一體的帶材?煞謩e實(shí)現(xiàn)低鹵低煙、無(wú)鹵低煙、阻燃電纜的高阻燃化,并能夠有效的提高電纜的阻燃等級(jí)。
阻燃機(jī)理:
韌性高阻燃隔火層電纜的隔火層遇火層遇火分解成金屬氧化物和析出結(jié)晶水,金屬氧化物分解后形成網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)煙氣有一定的吸附作用。而析出的結(jié)晶水不但對(duì)煙粒起到明顯的沉降作用,而且還具有較好的吸熱效果。此外在燃燒過程中可以形成碳化結(jié)構(gòu),這種碳化層在電纜的低煙、阻燃化方面發(fā)揮了巨大的作用,吸熱作用延遲電纜本身開始燃燒時(shí)的燃燒速度和急劇上升的時(shí)間,由于碳化結(jié)構(gòu)的形成,從而阻礙了氧氣的供給和可燃?xì)怏w的流動(dòng),因此抵制了電纜的燃燒。
The main principle:
The main principle of fire retardant layers in cables is the metal hydrate. Materials of fire retardant layer are flame retardant, endo-thermal, and oxygen insulating strips. By application of these strips, low halogen low smoke cables, halogen-free low smoke cables, or flame retardant cables of the high, can effectively improve their flame-retardant rating, respectively.
Flame retardancy mechanism:
Incase of fire, fire insulating layers in the fire retardant cables are decomposed into metal oxides and crystal water precipitation. The metal oxides form a network structure which can adsorp some flue gas after decomposition. The precipitation of crystal water has great effect not only on the settlement of smoke particles, but also in heat absorbing. In addition, a carbide structure is formed in the combustion process, and this carbonization layer plays a huge role in smoke reduction and flame retardency of cables. And its heat absorption function slowdowns the combustion rate but make a sharp rise in the humidity. The carbide structure hampers the oxygen supply and combustible gas flow, so the cable is resistance to combustion.
